Welcome! Fairlawn Lutheran Church meets for worship every Saturday at 4pm in person, and every Sunday at 10am in person and online. On Sundays we offer Christian Education Hour (September through May) at 9am with Sunday School and Bible Studies for all ages. Plan your visit here.

Bible Studies & Sunday School

We offer a wide variety of youth and adult Bible Studies open to all! Check out our current studies here, or come visit us and get more information in the church lobby.


Parish Arts Concert Series

For over two decades, the Parish Arts Ministry of Fairlawn Lutheran Church has brought free quality concerts to the Akron area, making it possible for anyone to attend. Click here for the current season's schedule.

Register Now for Sunday School

Bible stories, crafts, and fun await children ages 3 through grade 6 at Sunday School!


Sunday School is free and open to all children. Classes meet Sundays from 9:00am to 9:45am, beginning September 13 and continuing through May.


Sunday School meets in the preschool classroom area on the lower level of the church.

Registration is not required for students in grades 7–12.

Serving Opportunities

Fairlawn Lutheran has several committees that serve our congregation, our church, and our community. These committees include Outreach Team, Member Care, Elders, Christian Education, School Team, and supporting teams that include Finance, Facilities, Communication and Technology, and Safety. We encourage everyone to prayerfully consider how they can share their talents and time through volunteering. We would love to tell you more!
